South Korean media report that Kim Dong Hwi ("Troll Factory", "Concrete Market") and Jo Yu Ri ("Squid Game 2, 3", "Mimicus") have joined the cast of the drama "Love Virus" (러브 바이러스).

The lead roles in the series will be played by Jung Hae In ("Something in the Rain", "D.P.") and Shin Se Kyung ("The Girl Who Sees Smells", "Six Flying Dragons").

The drama is currently in the pre-production stage. The director is Kim Seok Yoon ("Heavenly Ever After", "My Liberation Notes"). 

"Love Virus" tells the story of a couple – both stunningly good-looking and wealthy – who have been dating for nine years and are slowly preparing for marriage. For some reason, they come up with a strange idea: to give each other permission to "sow their wild oats" before tying the knot. In their view, this would act as a kind of "vaccination against infidelity." They agree to take a break and try seeing other men and women to find out whether they have any regrets about their upcoming wedding.

Jung Hae In will play smart and flawless attorney Ha Do Un, while Shin Se Kyung will play his charming fiancee, dentist Kang Chae Rin. Kim Dong Hwi, who recently completed his mandatory military service, takes on the role of cheerful and friendly video blogger Woo Dong Seok, a man who manages to touch the heart of Shin Se Kyung's character. Jo Yu Ri will appear as police officer Lim Mi A. She hunts down criminals and dreams of taking revenge on this cruel world – until she meets the ideal lawyer Ha Do Un and begins dreaming of true love.

At this point, no official information has been released regarding the exact start date of filming, the premiere date, or the broadcasting platform.
