WOW debuted in May 2017 as a member of A.C.E with the single «Cactus». In the group, he served as main dancer, lead rapper, and backing vocalist, responsible for the overall stage performance. His voice is closer to a «tenor-baritone» (low tenor).

WOW has contributed to producing and songwriting. He wrote lyrics for tracks such as «Take Me Higher», «Holiday», «Clover», and «Remember Us»; for «Facetime», he served as lyricist and composer.

In 2025, A.C.E parted ways with Beat Interactive but retained the group’s format and rights to its previous works. The group’s leader, Jun, was the first to launch an active solo career, having already released several albums under the stage name JUNHEE. Jun recently became South Korea’s representative at the upcoming first-ever Eurovision Asia, set to take place in November 2026.

In 2025–2026, WOW joined all the members in recording the track «Tattoo» from JUNHEE’s album «The First Day & Night», and also worked with him on the recent release «GET OUT» from the album «LOVE METHOD», where WOW appeared as a featured artist.

A.C.E’s friends naturally reacted to the album release news. Junhee expressed himself with a bluntness that defies translation, exclaiming «Holy shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!» with lots of fire emojis. Donghun (now Lee Jiham) recalled the artist’s old nickname: «Let’s go KING WOW!!!!». Chan wrote «Show me what you’ve got», and Kim Byeongkwan added fire emojis.

Editor’s note: The editor is afraid of snakes :), but the music is great.
