On June 10, the 14th Civil Division of the Suwon District Court held the third hearing on the lawsuit filed by Frombio against Kim Soo Hyun and his agency Gold Medalist. The plaintiff is demanding 3.96 billion won in damages.

The hearing ended just five minutes after it began. The court told Frombio, the plaintiff, that it needed to re‑examine specific evidence of Kim Soo Hyun’s alleged breach of the “duty to maintain dignity” clause in his contract. Frombio agreed to submit a table summarizing the alleged contract violations on a case‑by‑case basis.

The court plans to organize the issues based on the submitted materials and determine the scope of the dispute after receiving additional responses from Kim Soo Hyun’s side.

The next hearing is scheduled for July 22, 2026.
