According to Korean press reports, Moon Ga Young and Cha Eun Woo are in talks to star in a new drama from director Jang Tae Yoo, helmer of «Bon Appétit, Your Majesty». The project is titled «Seorabeol Knife» (Seorabeol Naipeu, 서라벌 나이프).

The drama is expected to premiere on tvN in 2027.

Moon Ga Young («Law and the City», «Link: Eat, Love, Kill») has been offered the role of Princess Deokyeong of Silla. The Silla period is traditionally dated to the 7th–10th centuries AD. Deokyeong is a member of the pure-blooded royal Seonggol lineage who dreams of becoming Silla's first queen. She is deeply religious and curious, with an exceptional eye for calligraphy and painting, as well as a refined sense of smell and a sophisticated palate.

Cha Eun Woo («Law and the City», «Link: Eat, Love, Kill»)  has been offered the male lead role of a Michelin-starred restaurant owner who time-slips to the Silla era. He is described as a master of Italian cuisine and a culinary aesthete.

If both accept their offers, it will mark their first on-screen reunion since the drama «True Beauty» (2020–2021). Press reports also note that both Moon Ga Young and Cha Eun Woo are currently with the same agency, Fantagio.

Cha Eun Woo is currently completing his mandatory military service, with his highly anticipated discharge scheduled for January 2027 — roughly four months away.
